| Sometimes you just happen to be in the right place at the right time. This happened to me a while back when I sent my son in law around to inspect a potential buy to let property for me. It raises the question, how much is a bucket of dirty rainwater actually worth? Every cloud has a silver lining? Perhaps literally in this case.
