After I was made redundant, I spent many years working on my own, as a classic “solo-preneur” building my buy to let, property investment business.
I then found the power of working with other people.
But, if I am to be totally honest, I don’t enjoy working with people all that much. It has to be the right person, or right type of person.
There’s definitely value in knowing oneself, and understanding personality profiling, so you can try and work with the right people.
What I sometimes wonder is, how would life have been different if I’d understood the power of working with other people earlier.
I would have had my eye’s opened to doing different things, and/or doing things in a different way.
