Fashions come and go in property as in any other part of the economy.
Over the last 40 years we’ve seen Irish theme pubs, Internet cafes, the rise of coffee shops and Self storage facilities, and so on and so forth.
And at the same time we’ve seen the demise of the High Street come on the demise of the banks and The demise of pubs and corner shops.
In other words, things change.
Just remember that what may be in fashion today maybe out of fashion in five years or ten years.
So before you buy an investment property based on today’s trends, take time to visit the fundamentals and make sure that if that property is no longer required for that particular use in the future, that you’ll have other alternatives.
Here’s to Successful Property Investing.
