This is one of the main misconceptions in property: that great deals are found.
Yes, it’s true you may stumble across a great deal from time to time.
But much more likely is that you’ll find a property (deal) which doesn’t quite work, and you’ll tweak it and make it work.
This might be by negotiating a great price.
Or negotiating great terms.
Or by obtaining great finance.
And so on, and so on and so on.
Scrolling through Rightmove hoping to spot a great deal isn’t the best way (it can happen, but you’ll miss lots of deals you could have created).
