How’d you like to refurb this kitchen, this looks so so tempting and tantalizing.
It’s got this really old range of cupboards there, sort of freestanding freezer, chest freezer, in the corner, look at that washing machine and underneath the sink unit, but it’s all a bit basic. Fridge and freestanding cooker, bits and pieces up here where presumably there’ll have been hanging knives, and hooks for hanging things on, and look at that bank of plugs there.
But somebody could have a field day here so this would be a lovely, lovely kitchen to refurbish and potentially you could add a lot of value and could keep somebody entertained for many hours with sort of squared paper, trying to work out where you’re going to put all the units and what you’d actually put in.
So, what would you do with a kitchen like this? How would you use the space effectively, because you’ve got the window and the door here so that wall is fairly limited but of course, you’ve got to have space in the kitchen, so you could have another row here?
But what would you do?
So, let’s go back and see what happened.
Now, this isn’t my kitchen but I really like what they’ve done here. What have they done?
Well, there’s a new Belfast sink, there’s a new drainer, a wooden drainer which looks really nice, a new tiled floor, taken away all the clutter, got a lovely freestanding unit there and it’s given it a real kind of cottage feel which just shows what you can do in such a small space. They’ve taken away the cupboards on the wall and put in shelves, that looks really attractive, a nice new fridge in the corner, obviously not part of the kitchen but it just feels nice.
A nice country cottage.

I’ll take you through everything that I did right so that you can copy me and do the same, and I’ll also show you everything that I did wrong so that you can avoid the mistakes that I made and so that you can progress in property and be far more successful, far more quickly than I ever was.
And this is based upon my own real-life experience, and it took me about four years to actually work out how to do property investing properly, but in the 200 pages in The Successful Property Investors Strategy Workshop, I’m going to show you all that four years knowledge condensed down so you can use it immediately.
And until next time.
Here’s to Successful Property Investing.
