In this short mini series we’re looking at the things I’d think about when deciding whether to buy a house or a flat as my latest buy to let.
If you’ve watched the other videos you’ll know that I don’t have strong views like “Only houses and never flats”.
But I respect and understand some investors might, and that’s fine too. We all find our own way of investing and what works for us.
In this video we are going to look at one thing that has changed, which means I can no longer say the decision whether I buy a flat is made purely on the figures.
This is something which could cause problems for flat owners, particularly those that want to sell, or those who want to refinance, for years to come.
So we need to be aware and take it seriously.
I explain it all in the video. It’s only about 5 mins so grab a cuppa and enjoy.
Here’s to Successful Property Investing.

PS. By the way, I’ve rewritten and updated my best-selling e-book, The Successful Property Investor’s Strategy Workshop, which is an account of how I put together my multi-property portfolio, starting from scratch and with no money of my own, and how you can do the same.
