One of the questions I’m often asked is, “Peter, when you buy a property, what yield are you after?”
Sounds like a good question, doesn’t it?
Maybe even a sensible question.
But I realised when I’d answered it for the 100th time that that’s not actually how I look at a property.
Or how I judge a deal.
Or how I know a property is worth buying (for me).
There’s two things that determine whether a property is a deal to me or not, and I reveal all, my buying criteria, in this short video.
Please have a look, you might be surprised. It’s under 5 mins long so perhaps make a cuppa and take a break.
I hope you enjoy it.
Here’s to successful property investing.

PS. By the way, I’ve rewritten and updated my best selling eBook, The Successful Property Investor’s Strategy Workshop, which is an account of how I put together my multi-property portfolio, starting from scratch and with no money of my own, and how you can do the same.
