The RICS predict there’ll be a shortage of buy to let investment properties to rent out, because of Government policies to discourage landlords and property investors.
The result? Rents to rise faster than house prices over the next 5 years.
Well, we’ll see. Will it encourage the Government to change policy and stop disincentivising investors and buy to let property buyers?
