One of the questions which I’m asked all the time, particularly by new property investors is ‘Peter should I be going to auctions to buy my properties?’
Well, to be honest there is no quick and simple answer to that because there’s a lot more to buying property at auction than many people realise. I know that when you watch something like homes under the hammer it looks like all you have to do is turn up and bid, you get the property, you do the refurbishment, you make a profit and it’s all done. But in real life that’s not really how it works.
And so I’ve put together a free special report with my six main tips for buying properties at auction which will take you through everything you need to know including why a property might be in auction in the first place.
Did you know that there’s probably five different reasons or five different types of property which are going to end up in auction, some of which you probably don’t want to touch with a barge pole? But if you don’t know why the property is in the auction, there’s a risk that you may end up buying it.
Anyway, I’ll take you through that in the free special report and also give you an outline of all the steps that you need to do to prepare to buy at auction, how to think about what your maximum bid should be, all that kind of good stuff.
